About
For more than two decades, I have worked in the tech sector, across industries, organizations, and leadership roles centered around one common thread: people..
Throughout my career, I have built teams, cultivated strategic partnerships, worked alongside executive leaders and boards, supported organizations through growth and transformation, and helped bring ideas from early concept to market scale.
At its core, the work was always about human potential—connecting people, aligning perspectives, navigating complexity, and creating the conditions for others, ideas, and organizations to thrive.
I spent years shaping so many dimensions of the human experience with technology and in work.
Not just within organizations, but across every relationship work depends upon.
Between colleagues.
Between leaders and teams.
Between organizations and customers.
Between partners working toward a shared outcome.
Again and again, I found myself drawn to the deeply human moments that existed beneath the surface of the work itself.
The meeting that lingers long after it ends.
The expectation that quietly shifts over time.
The tension that remains unspoken.
The relationship that changes the trajectory of a shared outcome.
The habits, environments, and experiences that influence how we think, feel, focus, connect, recover, and contribute.
Yet many of these experiences remained difficult to name, despite shaping our workdays every day.
Over time, I realized my head had built a career around work, while my heart had always been drawn to the human experiences unfolding within it.
b.e exists to help you build healthier relationships with the way you work, lead, and live.
Begin a Dialogue
Some ideas are meant to be consumed quickly.
Others are meant to stay with us a while.
If the work here sparked reflection, curiosity, or conversation, I’d love to hear from you.
